1. "Legendary" period, ancient China. Theme is following classical Chinese mythology. Restaurant design in a Ba-Gua shaped, and with 28 sets of tables arranged in their proper location following four wings. Likely'll use a semi-contemporary menu instead of a fully historical one, however.

Not all could be explained with science. To blindly worship science and try to make it into something more than it could be is folly.

The type of hot-blooded mechaesque background music, or basically anything that can inspire. My personal quirk is that I usually ignore lyrical music, preferring instead to let the music speak for itself. Latin choir is an extra plus.
